Description

Preparation instructions:
– Soak 200 g of cleaned and washed rice for 30 minutes in water.
Fry one large, chopped red onion (90 g) and 2 cloves of garlic in 30 g of cooking oil.
– Add 150g of pieces of meat and fry until brown.
 – In a separate pan Add5g Hyderabadi biryani masala & mix.Add the rice and stir for 2 minutes.
 – Add water (double the volume of soaked rice) and cook with lid until the water evaporates.
 – Additional information on the amount of water on the rice package can be found in the cooking instructions.
