TRS coconut milk is a creamy liquid made from pressed coconut grains, with a mild coconut flavor, commonly used in Indian dishes. Its value lies in its fats, particularly medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which provide quick energy without accumulating as body fat. Coconut milk also contains lauric acid, which supports the immune system and has antiviral, antibacterial, and antiprotozoal properties through the formation of monolaurin, which destroys pathogens.
